The Challenge

Nobody reads privacy policies. Twitter sought to reframe privacy—typically avoided by users—into an engaging, educational experience that would capture attention and encourage learning about the platform's privacy protections.

The Approach

The development process spanned three months from pitch to launch. Each game level was designed around Twitter's core privacy features, incorporating insights that progressively deepened users' understanding of privacy safeguards. The team localized content across nine languages, customizing messaging, artwork, and elements to reflect global audience diversity and platform inclusivity.

The Outcome

Successfully converted abstract privacy concepts into accessible, entertaining gameplay, demonstrating measurable impact in raising privacy awareness at scale across a global audience.
