The Challenge
Honda DreamShop is the official parts and accessories storefront for the Honda brand family. Built on Salesforce with technical limitations and challenging business rules, the experience was vastly underperforming its full potential.
The Approach
VML transformed the Salesforce storefront by diving into its underlying structure, cleverly working around limiting business rules to achieve a more natural shopping journey. We redesigned the navigation to be cleaner and more integrated, while significantly improving mobile performance to create a faster, more intuitive path to purchase.
The Outcome
The reimagined DreamShop experience delivered better engagement and cross-brand discovery, enabling customers to seamlessly shop parts and accessories across Honda, Acura, and powersports brands. The optimized mobile experience and streamlined checkout flow reduced friction and improved conversion rates.
